We are a young and non-profit making organisation , based in London, UK. WEC=West End Club - London's Language Exchange Community who speak more than one foreign language to an beginner /intermediate or high level who would like to meet like-minded people to create a network of different languages for info, advice, exchange & to meet up and chat in whichever languages they speak and make the opportunity to learn second languages as Beginner or Intermediate Level.
